Olive Tree Transformations (formerly known as First Class Home Improvements) believes in designing, building and renovating to transform indoor and outdoor spaces where priceless memories and moments can be made, shared, and cherished that stand strong over time.
We specialize in all interior homes renovations design and build including major home renovations such as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, office, living rooms, and basements with flooring, fixtures, painting, cabinet + countertop additions and enhancements.
Exterior specializations include stonework/handscaping of driveways, walkways, patios, outdoor kitchens, plant beds, firepits, pool, and much more.
We ensure our work is carried out smoothly and efficiently from start to finish to keep customer satisfaction as our number one priority and benchmark.
About the Co-founders
Leslie and Aeron are a father-son duo with individual creativity, shared work ethic and passion for putting people first since 1965 and 1997, adding value through business from 2009 and 2015, and formally merging two mindsets together in 2025.

Leslie
CO-FOUNDER
Suresh aka Leslie Soosaipillai discovered his passion for adding value to the lives of others at a young age through his love for craftmanship. His family, friends, and strangers alike recognize his enduring love in his ability to improve the lives of others through his work ethic.
Like many immigrants, he worked all sorts of labour intensive jobs, and was a forklift operator for a car parts company for over 20 years when he slowly started transitioning his hobby and love for renovating for his own home and family and friends into a business slowly but surely since 2009 through First Class Home Improvements, building a reputation for quality and excellence through completion of his awe-inspiring renovations.
Through his life and work experiences, he brings a strong recognition of time management, hard work, team work, exceeding needs and to ensure success in all he does into Olive Tree Transformations.

Aeron
CO-FOUNDER
Aeron Leslie Soosaipillai inherited many similar qualities to his father such as the love for helping others, the hard work ethic, craftmanship, and believing strongly in providing positive impact and value in all he does.
He worked long hours and various jobs throughout his school years from high school to university, while also managing his own auto detailing business. Upon graduation he built a career in digital marketing where he determined strategies to cater to the wants and needs of consumers - utilizing and expanding on his understanding of positive impact + value through putting people first and processes second.
Now joining forces with his father, he strives to bring his work ethic, his curiosity, innovative thinking, and love for people into Olive Tree Transformations.

The meaning behind the brand
The olive tree is a symbol of peace, unity, and enduring strength - through inclusion and shared identity in family. Further signifies stability and long-lasting relationships, much like a strong family foundation. The olive branch often symbolizes peace and reconciliation, how individuals, though distinct and diverse, come together in harmony, with deep roots in love, trust, and mutual care.
The birdhouse symbolizes a nest - a place where birds gather to care for their young, often built with great attention and cooperation. The nest as a birdhouse represents a home, where unity, protection, and nurturing are paramount. Just as the parent birds work together to provide shelter and warmth, so do families work together in unity to provide a safe, loving environment for their members.
